PPL Electric has posted the final lists of acceptable modifications to the following credit instruments to the Documents page of the Default Service RFP section of the RFP website:

• Bid Assurance Letter of Credit (Electronic)
• Performance Assurance Letter of Credit (Electronic)
• Unconditional Guaranty

All modifications to the credit instruments accepted by PPL Electric for the benefit of a single RFP Bidder are available to all RFP Bidders on an optional basis.

Information that may be required by your financial Institution to finalize your Bid Assurance Letter of Credit is attached to this email.

Letter of Credit: For Bidders who intend to post an Electronic Letter of Credit (Appendix 7) for Bid Assurance Collateral, the Bid Assurance Letter of Credit must be sent via email to: PPLELECTRIC_BIDLC@PPLWEB.COM

Cash: Bidders may also post cash as bid assurance collateral.
